Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine the pudding mix, crushed pineapple with its juice, miniature marshmallows, and chopped nuts in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly combined.
  3. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • This simple dump-and-stir salad comes together in about 5 minutes and works well for holidays, celebrations, and potlucks.
  • Pecans or walnuts both work well for the chopped nuts.
